Is a detailed review of hotel premises and systems. The audit covers compliance with European Hygiene Health & Safety Law, Environmental and Green Policy and consumer Protection Legislation.

A visual inspection of key areas of the hotel including kitchens, bars, plant room and bedrooms is carried out.

Advice on training and setting up HACCP systems and carrying out Health & Safety Risk Assessments is also given. Where applicable advice is also given on swimming pools, leisure and sports areas.
